Q, 1. What is the scope of works included for?
A. New carpet, ceiling, lighting, heating and small power. New decor and lockers.
Q. 2. How many lockers will be provided?
A. We will have 93 new wider lockers available - these will be constructed in areas 'A and B' - see the display plans for details. If we have greater demand than expected we look to also replace the lockers in area 'C' as a later phase. Area 'C' we intend to retain the existing lockers - we have 119 of these.
Q. 3. How much is this costing the club?
A. The refurbishment will be financed by the club initially, the total cost is circa £50k. The lockers will be rented out to members at £50pa and the pay back period is circa 10 years.
Q. 4. When will the works commence?
A. Winter 2017/18
Q. 5. How do I secure a new locker?
A. See the Club Manager to reserve a new locker. The costs are £150 up front payment for three years rental.
Q. 6. What happens to my current locker rental cost of £20pa which I have paid for?
A. You have had six month rental already so if you want a new locker a £10 reduction will be given off the new rental cost.
Q. 7. I currently rent a locker and I do not wish to pay for a new locker?
A. That's fine - your locker location (if not already) will be moved across into area 'C' so you can rent the locker in the same way as before. The Manager will duly inform you of the new locker location.
