NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ONE HUNDRED AND FOURTEENTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE HORSFORTH GOLF CLUB LIMITED WILL BE HELD IN THE CLUBHOUSE ON WEDNESDAY 17th FEBRUARY 2021 AT 8.00 PM WHEN THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS WILL BE TRANSACTED.

  1. To read the notice convening the meeting.
  2. To read the minutes of the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
  3. To receive the report of the Council, with the Balance Sheet and Accounts for the year ended 31st May 2020.
  4. To elect the Officers of the Club.
  5. To fill the vacancies on the Council.
  6. To elect the Auditors.
  7. To transact any other business as may arise.
  8. To propose votes of thanks to the retiring Officers.

NOTE: The right to vote is restricted to all Members over the age of 18 years. Members are reminded that, under Article 11 of The Memorandum of Association, subscriptions and fees unpaid on July 1st are in arrears. Any Member who is thus in arrears is not entitled to make use of the Club or exercise the privileges of Membership until the outstanding arrears are paid.

RESIGNATIONS: The Council reminds Members that resignations must be sent to the Secretary in writing before April 30th in any year to take effect from May 31st of that year.
